	Product Development Extensive use of computer aided design and manufacturing allows for rapid turnaround of product designs, concept and drawings. State-of-the-art machining allows for fast prototyping to verify design, fit and function prior to tooling. Virtual product drawings allow for viewing product designs in any attitude with the movement of a mouse. In addition to Peninsula's in-house toolmaking capability, Peninsula utilizes highly experienced tooling sources to provide for quick completion of production tooling.
	Extrusion Peninsula's state-of-the-art large barrel extrusion lines are complete with on-line Beta-gauge sheet control systems. Computer monitoring ensures conformance to exacting standards and process controls. Peninsula's material handling systems have the ability to process a variety of PET blends with a combined storage capacity of over 2 million pounds of raw materials.
	Thermoforming Peninsula's state-of-the-art thermoformers are equipped with "fast" servo drive systems and interchangeable tooling systems. Full line computer monitoring and controls insure optimized process dyanmics and continuous diagnostics. Custom "decorating" to customer specifications is also available.
	Quality Control Quality and process control systems incorporate a wide variety of laboratory equipment and specially designed bench-testers to quantify unique performance parameters. Continuous monitoring of incoming raw materials as well as in-process and finished goods conformance to specifications and standards.
